Sugee Group announced a new plotted development called Sugee Verandas in Karjat, covering 6 acres with 51 plots. The launch, revealed on 23 September 2026, targets buyers looking for second homes or weekend retreats.
Partnership structure and roles
The project is built through a joint effort between Sugee Group, ACE Dealmakers and Purnasya. ACE Dealmakers contributes land-sourcing and transaction expertise, while Purnasya handles consumer insights, market positioning and sales strategy.
ACE Dealmakers is led by Manish Jhunjhunwala and Punit Wadhwa, who together have overseen transactions exceeding 2,500 acres across major growth corridors. Their experience is meant to secure suitable land and streamline the development process.
Purnasya acts as the project consultant, applying behavioural research to shape the offering. The firm’s input is intended to align the development with buyer preferences and regional trends.
Project details and amenities
Plot sizes range from 2,000 sq. ft to 5,400 sq. ft, promoting a low-density layout. Buyers can design and construct homes while benefiting from organized infrastructure and a clear ownership pathway.
Each parcel comes with a clean title and an individual 7/12 extract, a document that verifies land ownership. This documentation aims to increase transparency for prospective owners.
The development includes 29,000 sq. ft of curated open spaces, featuring landscaped gardens, reflexology pathways and dedicated wellness zones. Planned facilities cover fitness, yoga, swimming and communal recreation areas.
The location benefits from recent infrastructure upgrades. It lies 9 km from the Old Mumbai-Pune Expressway, 16 km from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, 41 km from the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (Atal Setu) and roughly 42 km from the Navi Mumbai International Airport. Health services, daily conveniences and leisure spots are also within reasonable distance.
