Iron Valley Real Estate (IVRE) has appointed Stacy Seago as its new director of franchise development. The move aims to support the company’s growth strategy while preserving its culture and operating model.

IVRE’s Strategic Expansion

Seago, an industry veteran, brings a wealth of experience in franchise leadership and broker development. Her role will focus on expanding IVRE’s franchise network and supporting existing franchisees’ growth. Pennsylvania-based IVRE has been actively entering new markets, and this newly created position is part of that strategic push. Seago’s background includes senior roles at prominent firms, where she honed her expertise in franchise sales and brokerage business analysis, making her well-equipped to drive IVRE’s strategic growth.

Before joining IVRE, Seago held senior positions at Realty ONE Group, The Corcoran Group, and REMAX. She also spent time at Zillow as director of broker development for ShowingTime+.

In her own words, Seago expressed enthusiasm for her new role, stating, “I have built my career around helping real estate professionals turn opportunities into strong, viable businesses. I’m excited to join IVRE and work with brokerage owners and entrepreneurs who want to grow while maintaining the independence and control that made them successful.”

This appointment marks IVRE’s third growth-focused hire in 2026, following the addition of George Barlow as chief growth officer and Tammie Kennedy as franchise business consultant. These hires show IVRE’s commitment to expanding its footprint while maintaining its core values and operational integrity.

Cotality’s Leadership Change

With a background in real estate since 1990, Robinson has held various leadership roles, including MLS technology leadership and CEO of a proptech company. Her experience positions her well to lead Cotality’s sales and client success teams, creating a more connected client experience. Robinson’s diverse career, spanning agent, franchise co-owner, and tech executive roles, provides her with a unique perspective on the industry’s evolving needs.
