Pune-based real estate developer Sankla Buildcoon has launched a new logo and brand identity, marking a new phase in its 32-year history. They plan to expand beyond Pune, with seven new projects in the works.

The rebranding centers on the concept of “intent”, reflecting their approach to real estate development. This includes decisions on location, planning, design, and resident experiences.

Since 1992, Sankla Buildcoon has built its reputation on construction quality, credibility, and customer trust. They have also focused on creating community-oriented spaces tailored to residents’ needs. The new brand identity combines these principles with an evolved approach.

While Pune remains central to operations, Sankla Buildcoon is exploring new markets. The seven upcoming projects aim to expand its portfolio as it enters its next growth phase.

Subhash Sankla, Managing Director, stated, “Over the years, Sankla Buildcoon has evolved significantly, but our foundation has remained rooted in credibility, trust, and the intent to build better. The new identity reflects how we have grown as an organisation and how our understanding of people and their aspirations has evolved. For us, this is not just a new logo; it is a reflection of the intent behind everything we build.”

Their portfolio includes residential, commercial, and resort projects in areas like Punawale, Manjari, Bhivri, Bhugaon, Kharadi, Keshav Nagar, NIBM, and other parts of Pune.

The rebranding coincides with a shift in homebuyer priorities. Buyers now consider factors beyond individual apartments, such as community planning, amenities, and spaces that support daily life. In response, Sankla Buildcoon is emphasizing gated communities and holistic living.

As homebuyer expectations evolve, they are focusing on developments that go beyond physical infrastructure. These projects aim to support how residents live, interact, and build their lives.

The new brand identity merges Sankla Buildcoon’s history with its future plans. It retains the credibility, experience, and customer trust built since 1992, while presenting a more contemporary, human-centered, and purpose-led approach.

This rebranding positions Sankla Buildcoon to compete more effectively in new markets, leveraging its established reputation and adapted focus on community-centric living.
