AGM Vijaylaxmi has named interior designer Sussanne Khan to oversee the creative direction for WIZ, the developer’s forthcoming commercial venture in Mumbai’s Andheri East. The scheme will merge Art Deco motifs with contemporary practicality, emphasizing clean lines, balanced proportions, and refined sophistication rather than literal historical revival.
Khan’s responsibilities cover not only interior design but also architectural elements, material selection, lighting schemes, and artwork curation, ensuring a seamless visual and functional cohesion across the entire development. Her established design philosophy, rooted in meticulous craftsmanship, narrative-driven spaces, and discreet opulence, will define WIZ’s character, embedding usability within its stylistic framework. The objective is to craft an environment that serves professional requirements while delivering a striking, emotionally resonant setting.
